Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection (which must total £300 or more) click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

When we send your confirmation of order, no contract exists between us until we send you an invoice. This term exists to protect both parties due to frequent fluctuations in market prices and product availability. In the case of a change of price or product specification/availability, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price/alternative is acceptable.

Returns Policy All claims for damaged or mis-picked products must be made in writing within five working days of receipt of delivery. If for any reason the products you receive are either faulty or damaged, return them to us unused within 7 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund the payment.
